What is Montessori?
I have a vast number of friends and family on Facebook and in my life in general, I talk to lots of people from all walks of life and when I mention home-educating and the Montessori Method I often get asked, “what is Montessori?” Can it be that Montessori is so under recognised in the United Kingdom? To me it seems so. Let me tell you a little about who Maria Montessori was and a brief insight into this educational philosophy.
